I just wanted to say thank you one more time. The training you supplied was very well organized and extremely valuable. The staff at Crestline should be very proud of their efforts for their first seminar. We here at LAD’s have had an outstanding relationship with Crestline over the past years (I believe it is approximately 15 years) and know it will continue for many years to come.
The seminar you provided was truly an enjoyable experience. When a person attends training, you never know what to expect and if you will benefit. I can assure you our whole company benefited from this. Our company has a better understanding of Crestline, their people and the direction they are going. The staff is very well informed and treated me like I was almost family! I even had the opportunity to have a tour of the City of Saskatoon. The timeline of events and the pace of the days was well organized. I appreciate the lunches and dinner you provided, the meals were awesome. I know it sounds like I am rambling, but it is hard to believe the distance Crestline went to make me feel comfortable.
I was able to bring back and share with my employees the knowledge you shared with us. The tools you have given will be well used. Bringing in outside sourced knowledgeable people such as Francois Caron, shows your commitment to your products and the support system you provide. It definitely shows the professionalism and willingness to help people and the commitment to your employees. I believe that is why Crestline is seen as a leader in the industry.
