Crestline Coach is seeking a bilingual, customer oriented professional to join our suctomer service team.
This position is responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries regarding ambulance and bus parts and waranties
- Coordinating service work internally and with suppliers
- Paperwork and data entry related to service and warranty issues
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent French and English communication skills both verbal and written
- Professional phone mannerisms
- Customer service experience
- Vehicle service, parts or warranty experience
- Experience in processing orders and claims
- Strong time management skills including multi tasking
