Customer Service Seminar

Crestline was founded on dedication to an innovative, quality product and a sincere commitment to excellence in customer service, throughout the lives of our vehicles. Our most recent service addition is our Customer Service Seminar. On April 23 and 24th, 2007 Crestline’s second service seminar took place with 12 participants from Ontario. The first service seminar took place September 18th and 19th, 2006. Both received accolades from all of the participants.
The seminar began with a tour of the facilities and moved on to educational presentations covering topics such as the engineering cycle, Electrical Component Compartment (ECC) schematics, troubleshooting and regular maintenance. Participants also enjoyed networking opportunities as well as presentations and discussions regarding Crestline’s research, developement and collaboration efforts with customers and organizations such as EMS Chiefs, in regards to vehicle and operational space safety.
Those participating ranged from EMS Fleet Managers to Heavy-Duty Mechanics. Exploring questions from the differing perspectives brought with it an immense opportunity to expose common elements of frustration and bring issues to light where management level decisions were counter-productive to the needs of EMS staff and mechanics. Simple items such as placement of lights on bumper face plates where snow was likely to pile up while in the field, rendering them ineffective.
